Masjed-e- Soleyman (MES) Project
General Information
Masjed-e-solyman (MES) dam and hydroelectric Power Plant with a capacity of 1000 MW is located about 25 kilometers north-east of the city of Masjed-e-Soleyman in Khuzestan province on Karun River.

General Information
The extension of Shahid Abbaspour Power Plant with the capacity of 1000 MW is located 50 Kilometers north - east of the city of Masjed-e-Soleyman in Khuzestan province on karun River. Capacity of the existing power plant is 1000 MW . After completion of erection of extension, the capacity of the power plant will be 2000 MW.
